Use a die cut as a mask

Happy Thursday everyone!  It is my turn to set the challenge this week and I asked the Party-er's to Use a die -cut as a mask, as seen on the Hero Arts blog.

I was very happy with the results of my card using the snowflake as a mask for the background.  Then I used the snowflakes as an embellishment on the card.  Isn't it lover-ly??!!
