It's Spring time!! or is it???

This week's it's Rosanne's turn to set the challenge and she has asked us to use Spring flowers, in honour of Spring arriving this week!  I decided to take the spring flower theme in a little bit of a different direction.

Embossing!

This week at our Crazy Card Party, Regs has challenged us to emboss our card creation!
Here's my card....

I dry embossed the background and then heat embossed the medallions on the pink tag.

Guy's Birthday Challenge

This week for our Crazy Card Party, Dee has asked us to create a birthday card for the men in our lives.  This is timely for me because in the next 6 weeks, all 3 of my 'boys' will be celebrating birthdays.

I also have to admit that this is not the first card I created.  I tried my hand at another one first and will confirm that it will not see the light of day.  I'm much happier with this card, modeled after one I saw on Pinterest.
